Submission to Perspectives implies the acceptance of the following conditions:

I have submitted my entry(s) for possible inclusion in the exhibit Perspectives: Fantasy and Reality, at Road to California, January 24-27, 2013. I understand that Quilts will be insured for $500 each for the time they are in Road’s possession. Quilts appraised over $500 are the owner’s responsibility to insure. It is highly recommended that quilts over the above stated value be appraised and the owner have appropriate insurance to insure the quilt while in transit and at the 2013 Road to California Show. Entrant will not hold Road to California, Sheila Frampton-Cooper, OCC, SMG, City of Ontario, event management or any of the above-mentioned employees or volunteers liable for damages or loss of entry beyond the insurance limitations specified in the exhibit rules. I realize they cannot be responsible for the acts of nature beyond their control. 

If my entry is exhibited, I understand that my signature gives Road to California the right to use a photo of my entry for promotions, advertising, multimedia productions, website (including any webcast coverage) CDs, any photography needs relating to this event and other proper uses without compensation to me. My quilt does have a 4-inch fabric sleeve for hanging.

If my entry(s) is selected for the exhibit, I will be notified by November 30th, 2012. I agree to ship my quilt at my expense to arrive between December 3-14, 2012. I understand that no one will be available to receive my quilt on Saturday or Sunday. My quilt will be returned at the organizers expense via FedEx 3 day Air starting January 30, 2013.
